My experience with Travis Franklin of CMR has been outstanding from day one. He has handled every aspect of our roof including guidance through the claim process with hands on assistance. With a team of nearly 20 men CMR completed our first phase demolition and weather proofing of nearly 4,000 square feet in one day. Hats off to his hard working crew for a job well done thus far! I had a Gable roof and attached Flat roof replaced on my house. This was the way the house was originally built.
The insurance company only wanted to Shingle the Gable roof and not the flat.
I tried to explain to them that the problem started with the standing water on the flat roof that got blown up into the shingle roof area. I had paid another roofer to fix it. He just laid more plywood on the old and resealed it. Then another storm came two years later and wind damaged the rest of the shingle roof.
123 Roofs, (Jeff and Jon). said they couldn't do one without the other. They took it upon themselves to deal with our insurance company, so I did not have to stress about any of it.
I went on vacation, left Jeff with a way to get into the house and he sent me over a dozen pictures as they removed the old and replaced with the new. Great Job! I returned home to a new roof. Didnâ  t have to worry about anything. I am glad we found them.
They did a wonderful job. I could not be happier about this whole project.

They came when promised, from what i hear a rarebit for roofers. From the pictures they showed me of the work they did a highly professional job. When the foreman of the finishing crew told me he had been with the company over 16 years that helped explain the quality of the work. I would recommend Altec.

The installers were very nice. Had a little language problem but they finished on time. However after a heavy rain one area still had a problem.
I called Luis the salesman but their was a lack of communication as he never called back. I then called the office and it has been a week and they never called back. We have a tile roof and it leaks on the outside.
Update 12-16-2020 ---The contractor did come back and I think fix the issue but I will not till know till it rains!

Ali from Compass Roofing was absolutely incredible. He came out and provided a quote that was affordable and he did not attempt to tack on anything that was not needed. He even arrived two days earlier than expected and got straight to work and answered any questions that I had. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a licensed and professional roofer that does an honest job without tricking you to pay for things that you do not need.
