John, the owner, provided a competitive bid and his recommended changes were precisely what was needed to make the improvements and ensure this would be the last time this level of work needed to be done. Landscape bricks were also added along a flagstone walkway to help with water mitigation in case of heavy rains, as well as around an existing raised island bed in the front yard containing a tree with shrubs. John willingly accepted additional work to add gravel and mulch to existing areas that were not part of the initial bid.

Based on our experience, John's an honest, hard-working small businessman who will do his best to meet or exceed customer expectations. The only issue we had was that the project took longer than was originally quoted, which doesn't take away from our recommending Presto Landscapes."
