Inactive Locale Manager and GTE

Hello, I started translating Worpress and WooCommerce in Luxembourgish.
But the current local manager and the GTEGeneral Translation Editor A General Translation Editor (often referred to as GTE) is a person, who has global access to validate strings on all projects for a specific locale. seem to be inactive. So nobody could approve my suggested translations.

I tried already to contact them in SlackSlack Slack is a Collaborative Group Chat Platform https://slack.com/. The WordPress community has its own Slack Channel at https://make.wordpress.org/chat/. but got no response.
So I want to ask if there is a possibility to get a new Local Manager or GTE at least?
