Instructions for making a request

Before requesting, make sure that:

  1. You know the IP address(es) you wish to have globally blocked or unblocked.
  2. For blocks, the global blocking criteria are met.
  3. For unblocks, your request addresses the original reason for blocking the IP, if any.

As the subject is an obviously good faith user, this request must be declined. I have reached out to the user to try to explain how they can successfully go about in donating copyrighted materials (which is what they're trying to do if we assume good faith, and which no-one has yet explained in language comprehensible to them). — Bilorv (talk) 16:01, 8 February 2021 (UTC)
That's not so obvious to me, as they appear to have been practicing UPE and the above since 25 January, using 4 account names and 2 IP Addresses. They keep uploading and adding unfree photos of Rachel Parris to her article (which appeared first elsewhere on the Internet), and have thus far refused to provide a recent free photo of her (or OTRS permission for a previously mentioned photo). -- Jeff G. ツ (please ping or talk to me) 09:15, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

Global unlock for O Correto

User (newbie) was locked for abusing multiple accounts. They requested an unblock at wiki.pt, and the community decided favourably to grant them a fresh start. I've already removed the block from wiki.pt, and I and others are following and helping the newbie. Could you please unlock the account, so they can restart editing again?
