Very nice people. hey seemed unfamiliar with ceiling fan receivers (and **varistors** that come with them). They also left the fan a bit out of kilt, but they came back and fixed it.

It is a late review on my part but I owe the feedback to Josh who did great job and our AC is working fine since installation in July 2013. Josh was prompt to reply and provided good advice that time to choose the unit. I will recommend their services and go back for any HVAC related work.

I Highly recommend them. The owner Steve was extremely professional and they completed the job in one day. I had several quotes and his pricing was excellent. He was also able to install my new furnace within a few days of my decision which was wonderful, since died in December. He also took the time to program my new thermostat.

Daniel Sr. Was open to negotiate & work with me for my future plans of an addition. We did have a few glitches along the way, simple miscommunication it was easily resolved with a phone call. They arrived promptly, reliable. Always called me to inform me of changes. I would be very clear of finishing look, I.e., vents, where lines are ran (electrical), Sheetrock surrounding vents. Had I known I would of been clearer & I believe Daniel would of given me an explanation for all my questions. The issues I had with patchwork was brought to Daniel’s attention and he offered me a monetary compensation to have the work done to bring the ceiling to their original state. I appreciate this type of offer. I did acquire other bids & this bid was not the lowest but I did receive a quality unit with a WIFI enabled thermostat for our main house, which I’m very happy with. They also installed a mini split in our cottage. Installation was clean & efficient. I’m looking forward the the companies return to finish the installation for the addition. Daniel Jr. worked hand in hand with my contractor to place vents and unit according to code and architectural plans. This attention to detail was appreciated.

The installers that were here were very good extremely knowledgeable knew what they were doing answered any questions I had during their installation a great cleanup crew both days every once in awhile the supervisor would show up and would help them with installation not that they needed it but they wanted everything to be perfect couldn't be happier.

Jennifer from Air Concepts reached out in response to my Angi inquiry. She was able to schedule the service a day sooner than another company I had contacted before looking to Angi. Joshua, the tech, called before the appointment time to provide an ETA. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to locate a compatible starter capacitor in his van, and replace the faulty one.
I was pleased with the service and glad to have the AC working again with a single service visit.
