They did a terrific job replacing our basement door. It looks very professional and they does special care not to let any cicadas into the house during this current infestation. We are now considering having them replace a number of our windows based upon what a great job they did. A++

Wow! I canâ t say enough great things about my experience. I had a major leak on my roof. Mike showed up and assessed the situation and although they were busy he was able to push my project through because of the severity of the leak. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. By far the best contractor rep Iâ ve ever dealt with. I was scheduled to meet with another contractor the next day. I called and canceled that appointment. I signed with Mike that night.
The entire process was seamless and stress free. From Sam the coordinator, Felix the foreman, to the installers. Every single step of the job, every employee was top notch. They treated us so well. They were honest, clean, and efficient. David, the owner, even stopped by during the installation to speak with me and make sure I was taken care of.
Iâ ve never received customer service like this before. Unbelievable service. Do not hesitate to hire these guys. No need to shop around. These guys are the best!

Rigide has a good team to do your insulation, we had issues with heat after, after the initial work, and they came back and resolved the issue, we will be monitoring the heat of our top floor, they responded on their warranty promise, so I would recommend them or use them for other works in the future.

I received quotes ranging from 5k to 800.00. This company was the only one who told me that my windows might be under warranty, and they tried to save me money. Echoing other reviews here: Care Contracting was super responsive to all of our inquiries, from the initial quote to all the changes we made after a period of postponing the project, and a really helpful call where we talked through multiple options. Felt very informed about the process/pricing, and the timline and final contract mirrored what was discussed. Crew was really nice and on time, and cleaned up really well. Really pleased with the results, doors are amazing! If we ever decide to replace additional doors we'd certainly hire them again.
