I am renovating a home and found mold. Shawn was responsive, went above and beyond, and very affordable. It is not often contractors take pride in their work like this company. I would recommend them 100 times over. 5 stars isnâ t enough

A#1 Abatement responded quickly to my service request, conducted a fast but thorough inspection of the asbestos requiring removal and provided me a very reasonable estimate for the job. The customer service was very engaging, informative and professional. They took time to answer all of my questions concerning the abatement process prior to scheduling the job. The team that arrived to remove the asbestos was polite, professional, very efficient and reviewed the areas that were treated with me once the job was completed. I am completely satisfied with the job and highly recommend this company for similar projects.

Esron Jones was extremely responsive and professional. He alerted me to moisture problems with my AC unit that I had not noticed. The problem needed to be addressed ASAP to prevent further damage and mold problems and I had our AC contractors fix the problem right away. In addition, Mr. Jones quickly answered a couple of questions I had about the air quality and swab analysis report. I highly recommend him.

Professional and courteous, replied promptly to my request for a quote and to follow-up questions. The main removal work was done on schedule. Very reasonable price. Didn't realize they'd have to leave a filter/blower running overnight, and that the air test results would have to go to a lab, so wrapping up the project took a bit longer than I expected. But they were very flexible with scheduling. I would definitely recommend them.

It is very rare to find a company where every person you meet in the organization is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived early, finished early, answered all my questions, and best of all: they were extremely clean. Not even a drop of dust could be found after they left. My Radon level was between 5 and 10 pCi/L. It is now 0.24 pCi/L the day after work was completed. Huge improvement. Thank you, John! What an incredible company you have.
