The most recent project John (the owner) and the Otinga crew did for us was a complete kitchen renovation. Gutted the original (1957) kitchen, moved plumbing and gas to completely change the layout, put in a new window and installed a sliding glass door to make our deck more functional.
We've had Otinga do many projects for us in two houses - patio tile repair, exterior door installation, renovationing a basement, and building a front porch roof. During each project John and his team have been great to work with; John is upfront on what needs to be done, works neatly (as neat as anyone can be when doing demo and construction!) and his pricing is always fair.

Mr. Hayes and his son did a fantastic job replacing our composite deck which was worn, fading and in bad shape. Mr. Hayes provided a great assessment/estimate. Mr. Hayes provided a time slot and completed the job in short order. Mr. Hayes provided a great solution to an issue we had found with the deck stairs and the results were beautiful. Mr. Hayes returned quickly to put in three screws we noticed were missing providing great customer service. We are enjoying an awesome new deck and the neighbors have commented on the work and beautiful new look. Great Work and Well Done!
