I live in Texas, but own a house in Valrico, Florida. I decided to sell and gave the tenant four monthsâ notice. During this time, I researched renovation companies extensively to find someone I could trust to do multiple interior and exterior projects on the house. In every category, Royster Renovations and Repair, LLC came out on the top of my list. While quality of work and price was important; for me, finding someone who was completely honest and trustworthy was critical since I live out-of-state. Alan exceeded my expectations in every way possible! Alan very professionally endured dealing with my tenant when she stayed past her initial move-out date while keeping me apprised of the situation and managed to do an incredible job on multiple projects, some of which included: replacing rotted siding, re-building the front entryway, installing a new front door, repairing a fence, patching drywall on walls and ceiling, installing new toilets, over-oven exhaust fan, mirrors, ceiling fans and lighting, installing interior barn doors and re-glazing tub and wall tile in both bathrooms. Alan regularly communicated with me throughout the process by sending before and after pictures of every project and calling and texting frequently. He also referred me to other excellent companies to handle projects like interior and exterior painting. Alan truly treated my home as his own and even though my job was small compared to others, he always made me feel like I was a priority client and that my goals for the house were also his goals for the house. Alan went over and above in helping me save money by running around and picking up orders from various stores when I found good deals. When I inevitably made a few errors, he patiently returned the items and got me a refund. He even let me have a purchase shipped from Amazon directly to his home. Who does that?!! Alan Royster does that and MORE!!! I canâ t recommend this man and his company highly enough. I just wish he was here in Texas so I could hire him to work on my home."
