Window Concepts did a wonderful job from start to finish. Brian was quick to get back to me with a quote and he respected my time. My biggest concern was that the new windows would not look any different from the current windows. We hired Gerlyn to assemble and attach a 12 x 14 Yardistry Gazebo to our new cement patio. They also assembled and attached a privacy wall and counter to the Gazebo that we ordered along with our set. We could not be more pleased with the timeliness of the service and the friendliness of the builders. Very professional and detail oriented. Excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

The company is diverse and they will ask you for your input and the cleaning after wards is emmaculent everything is spotless. They follow up 2 months later to check up on their work and to be sure that their is no issues.

Jose is a very polite person. He is willing to answer all of your questions. If you are not satisfied with something he will take the time to fix it. Only drawback we had was how long it took to get the job completed. We would use him again.

These guys are great. I will be hiring them to do all my windows next as well. Some of the fastest guys I have seen do a job. Less then 3 hours for install and clean up. Great work as well!!!!!!

This company was so easy to work with! They did an amazing job on the siding, soffits and fascia of our house. The staff at Opal, the workers, and the sales person we worked with (Jason), ALL were so nice and knowledgeable. We are so happy we chose Opal and would highly recommend to anyone!

These guys were great. The only issue I had was with the sticker that was not on the door that lists the specs for the inspector. They told me it was a manufacturer issue, and did their best to resolve that issue quickly. I would hire them again for sure.
