They did a great job on installing the water softener and purification system. At the same time they were installing the system I also had an electrician working pn finding why one of my breakers kept tripping. The electrician spent 2 1/2 hours and couldnâ t fix the problem. The electrician wanted to charge me another $500 to find the problem. I said no. The problem was that the water softener was also connected to the same breaker. Once the electrician left the Orbit workers offered to look for the reason the breaker was tripping. The didnâ t want to leave with the softener not plugged. In and not working. The 2 Orbit employees cheerfully started looking for the GFI responsible for breaker that kept tripping. THEY found the problem in 10 minutes and fixed the problem. They fixed a problem in 10 minutes that a 41 year electrician couldnâ t fix . The water softener was turned on, my breaker wasnâ t tripping and I was super happy. Oh yeah, my water is soft and taste great. You canâ t make up stories like this. Super happy with Orbit. Highly recommend Orbit. They were on time and did everything they promised and more.

the absolute BEST company around for water systems. They came to do our initial meeting later than any other company i called so my husband could be there. Other companies wanted me to work around there schedule Jim worked around ours. On top of there truly amazing customer service the product was and is one of the best investments i have made for my house. I was ready to sell my house before this. Mine and my daughters hair had turned orange / red from iron. the tubs toilets and sinks were covered every couple days. we had tried all the do it yourself filters (what a waste of money) On day ONE of having this system we all noticed a difference. If you have iron or calcium causing discoloration this is the place to go. Also if youâ re experiencing smells from sulfur this system will clear that. Our water is absolutely perfect now. And any time i have a question I can call and they usually answer immediately and if not iâ m getting a call back in less than an hour. Family owned and operated Jim and his sons are the best around!!

Great plumber great work. Company prices are way overpriced. For amount of work time to do it. Crazy!!!! Price. But they came on time. Did the small job. Professional courteous donâ t leave a big mess. I donâ t have to worry about leaks I had or am I worried about the work done. Josh was awesome
