Two Step Org. were so great. I am going through a tough time with a lot of stressful events in my life, my beloved husband having a major stroke, loosing my mother, almost loosing my father. having to retire from my job to care for my husband. I was just so overwhelmed with life, my house was reflecting that. My offi1ce and files were an absolute disaster. They were so empathetic to my situation. they came in, and in their caring gentle way, worked with me to restore order to our office and kitchen. I will defiantly call them again for other needs. Their price is very reasonable. They were always prompt, They were so fun to work with. They are a bright light, during a very stressful time of life for me. Sue Marie and her assistant were hired to assist me with cleaning out and organizing our garage. They were there for 5 hours at the end of which - my garage was clean, uncluttered, and organized. I can’t say enough great things about my experience working with Kaitlyn at Life In Order Inc.
Kaitlyn has been professional, flexible, and easy to work with throughout the entire process, starting with how quickly I received a follow-up from my inquiry. How easy it was to handle the payment for her services.
I was a bit anxious about letting someone “see behind the curtain” but she made me feel incredibly at ease and didn’t make me feel judged when purging through our clothing and personal items and lack of organization.
Organizing a move from the beginning is not a simple task. From doing research for the best reviews and affordable moving companies, ordering proper materials, packing each room and labeling every box with the specific items inside, making a spread sheet for each individual room showing colored labels on boxes, plus showing what items are in each box to make the unpacking process easier and more effective. Is something I wished I have invested in before.
I have moved quiet a bit in my life and Kaitlyn made this process smooth and efficient. She treated our belongings with more care than I had time to provide myself. Honestly, once I moved into a new home, I admittedly threw things in cabinets and draws to get them out the way, but thanks to Kaitlyn she organized every item when packing and unpacking. I was able to focus more on transitioning into our new home.
The best part was how self-sufficient and autonomous Kaitlyn was, which made all the difference for myself and husband trying to juggle a demanding job and in the process of dealing with purchasing a new home and having to deal with contractors. Last thing on my mind was packing and being organized while this was going on.
Kaitlyn will work with you to understand how you function in your space to make sure that whatever system is put in place supports your usual routine so the work she does can be easily maintained going forward.
