Comment: Rain water is standing in an area outside between our kitchen and the sunroom. The previous home owner installed a drain to more water to the other side of the house, but didn't change the grade/slope of the area to funnel the water to that drain. The drain itself could be extended a but further from the side of the house to the front into a water reservoir. (There's also three tree stumps that should be removed (two behind a garage and one in the backyard), so I would be interested in getting a quote for that as well. I rather tackle the water issue first, but perhaps could have both jobs done at once.)
