International Faculty Recruitment Initiative (IRI) was founded to recruit professional academics from international research universities in order to raise the standards of research at HSE University.

From its modest beginnings as an initiative of the HSE’s International College of Economics and Finance (ICEF) with our partners from the London School of Economics as the driver, HSE University now employs over 100 international tenure track faculty, over 50 postdoctoral fellows in different faculties, research labs and centres in Moscow and at the HSE campuses in St. Petersburg and Perm.
