Project: Repair or Service a Heat Pump
Strouth & Sons was very quick to reply to emails/texts etc. They were willing to come out late in the day on a Friday, in order to work with my schedule. They came out exactly as promised. I was very happy with the all around customer service and experience of working with Matt. He even found a problem that another larger company out of Lexington, NC had caused, when they sold and installed a UV Light on our system. His price was very fair and I was able to save money by agreeing to an annual contract with Matt. I finally found an HVAC company that I trust and one that appreciates my business! Highly recommend Strouth & Sons!

I called this company to do an inspection to my HVAC and it was all wrong. Ended up getting another estimate 3 days later to find out there was more wrong with my system then what they explained. Though the work was half done, I considered 2 stars because they were pleasant.
