Hired Marco (Diversified Home Construction) to pull up some rotting floorboards in a upstairs bathroom. He repaired the floorboards, added a new flange to the pipe, added Pergo planks that I purchased to the bathroom floor, and repaired the sheet rock in the garage I pulled to see where the leak was coming from - which was the toilet. He did everything so fast and with quality in Jan 2020, it would have taken me forever. When it comes to framing, that is beyond me. I upgraded the toilet and dropped it on after Marco finished. Marco did an excellent job and a month later, everything looks great and is functioning well.

Ricco moved a very heavy bed in order to get the stains from the back and on the side of the bed. He was courteous and very helpful about how to properly dry a cleaned carpet. I appreciated the extra effort he made to clean a very difficult stained carpet.

As first time homeowners wanting to remove carpet from our entire home, and knowing absolutely nothing about floors, they took the time to explain the process and what would work best with our budget, and family needs. This team has experience, knows floors and is not trying to sell a project, they are in it for the long haul and kept our needs at the top of their minds.

From design to finish, we were thrilled with the work completed by East Bay Residential. The work included three decks and a retaining wall. David responded to me within minutes of submitting my project on Angi's. And thank God he did, because the previous company i had hired for this same job bailed on me last second, and my house was already cleared out for the floors to be replaced. So i needed someone in quick!
The estimate was very reasonable and he committed to provide a 2 year guarantee on the work! If anything needs repair within two years, he will repair for free! David was very nice, responsive, and followed through with everything he said. My job was complete two full days sooner than anticipated. All of the workmen were on time each day and very polite. Overall, i am very happy with my floors and would definitely recommend CCC Flooring to anyone looking!

Adam is an excellent drywall installer and finisher. We hired him to repair extensive roof leak damage, and asked for a new smooth finish over the original "brocade" texture after repair. We have a contemporary home, and a smooth finish highlights the open space. The smooth finish shows every flaw, but there just aren't any. Our living/dining room is approximately 750 sq. ft. of ceiling space. We are so happy with the result.
The customer service is also excellent... Adam cleans up after himself every day, there are no surprises in project cost, and he makes sure the client is more than pleased at the end.
I would recommend him to anyone that cares about high quality work with a personal touch.
