Customer Support Manager / Automation Specialist

WordPress Origin Story

Back in 2006-2007 (?) when I needed to make a website for a not-for-profit costuming organization, I started out using Drupal and Joomla upon the recommendation of some developer friends. I used Drupal more for its customizability but since I had little experience in coding, I had difficulty modifying it to our needs.
A year later I tried out WordPress and found it was more user-friendly and was so much easier to transition the admin responsibilities to the end-user. I’ve recommended it to some friends and professional contacts. I also use it for my own personal blog
