What impressed me the most was that supervisor Marius proactively explained the entire process if asbestos was to be found. He was very clear also about explaining that, if no asbestos were found, other companies could remove/fix the textured ceiling less expensively than his company. It turned out that no asbestos was detected and I am holding off on changing the ceiling. But I highly recommend Bay View for such service.

It is very rare to find a company where every person you meet in the organization is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They arrived early, finished early, answered all my questions, and best of all: they were extremely clean. Not even a drop of dust could be found after they left. My Radon level was between 5 and 10 pCi/L. It is now 0.24 pCi/L the day after work was completed. Huge improvement. Thank you, John! What an incredible company you have. Will recommend you to all my neighbors and friends. Happy Easter!!

It was a pleasure working with Alex. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the process and what was needed to be done at reasonable price. The temperature on the day of the installation was over 95 degrees, but Alex worked diligently over 8 hours to install the system. The mitigation system was installed in such a way that it does not create an eye sore, but blends with the overall home design. I would highly recommend his services!

Working with Bryce and his Pure Maintenance team was so easy. They were kind, professional, and on-time. These small things really matter to me, but most importantly, his certification and expertise helped put my mind at ease. The process was efficient, smooth, and thorough and it was very nice to see how easy it was working within them. Finally, our house smelt so clean! The inspector did a GREAT job and was very patient and explained everything in detail to us. The initial rep. was wonderful and got everything set up leading to the inspection and followed up as well.
I called to get a re-inspection with the same inspector and quote for service. After calling several times I still did not get a live person. I went to the site and was told I would be contacted hours later. Once called the guy quoted me an amount that was more than the original inspection. However, he said **to be fair** he wouldnt charge me more for a re-inspection vs the original. He was in sales mode the entire time trying to get me to spend more money. Up until this point, I would give 5 stars across the board however, I was unhappy that nobody picked up the phone during business hours. Plus he was not very personable and tried to up-charge for re-inspection service. Many companies do not charge for re-inspection if they performed the original inspection and if they do it is significantly less. I will seek another company for a re-inspection because of this guy. Aside from him, everything else was a breeze, from the inspection, paperwork, etc.
