Brandon Ridenour

Brandon Ridenour

Chief Executive Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

William B. (Brandon) Ridenour is CEO of ANGI Homeservices. Prior to assuming the role of CEO of ANGI Homeservices, Mr. Ridenour served as the Chief Product Officer of ANGI Homeservices and as the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer of HomeAdvisor for six years leading up to the acquisition of Angie’s List in 2017. In this role, Mr. Ridenour managed web and mobile product strategy, product design and development, as well as the operations of HomeAdvisor's North American subsidiaries, HomeStars, mHelpDesk and CraftJack.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ridenour served as the Senior Vice President of eCommerce at Nutrisystem, Inc. where he managed e-commerce organization and supported multiple large scale e-commerce platforms. He also previously served as the Director of eBusiness Solutions at Scholastic.

Mr. Ridenour currently serves on the board of Builder Homesite, Inc., a company whose mission is to bring home building leaders together to develop world-class technology solutions. He is also on the board of Axial, the largest online marketplace connecting private companies to capital.

Craig Smith

Craig Smith is the President and Chief Operating Officer of ANGI Homeservices. In this role, he oversees operations, including those of HomeAdvisor (US)’s sales force. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Mr. Smith served in the same role for HomeAdvisor from July 2000. Prior to joining HomeAdvisor, Mr. Smith worked as an investment analyst for the El Pomar Foundation from June 1997 to July 2000. Mr. Smith serves on the board of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Corporate Leadership Council, the Board of Advisors for the National Cybersecurity Center, the Board of Directors of the Beanstalk Foundation and the Board of A+ Denver.

Jamie Cohen

Chief Financial Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

Jamie Cohen is the Chief Financial Officer for ANGI Homeservices. Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Cohen served as the Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting for ANGI since September 2017 and in the same role for HomeAdvisor since January 2017. Prior to that, Ms. Cohen has held various senior finance positions since joining HomeAdvisor in 2011. Ms. Cohen oversees finance, accounting, corporate development, real estate and analytics. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Business from Wake Forest University.

Allison Lowrie

Chief Marketing Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

Allison Lowrie is Chief Marketing Officer of ANGI Homeservices. In this role, Ms. Lowrie specializes in brand management, customer acquisition, communications and marketing intelligence. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Lowrie served as Chief Marketing Officer of HomeAdvisor (US) from March 2015. Prior to that time, Ms. Lowrie served in various senior marketing positions at HomeAdvisor (US) from May 2010 to March 2015. Prior to joining HomeAdvisor, Ms. Lowrie acted as the Director of Advertising Products at Cars.com from November 2004 to May 2010. Ms. Lowrie serves on the Home Improvement Research Institute’s (HIRI) Board of Directors and the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA) Board of Directors.

Ryan Sullivan

Chief Technology Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

Ryan Sullivan is the Chief Technology Officer of ANGI Homeservices. In this role, Mr. Sullivan oversees all technology areas for HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List, including software development, systems admin, business intelligence, desktop and call center platforms and system integrations. Prior to this role, Mr. Sullivan served as the Executive Vice President of Technology for HomeAdvisor since 2017 and several technology leadership roles since joining the company in 2000. Prior to joining HomeAdvisor, Mr. Sullivan worked as a content manager for Janus Henderson Investors.

Angie Hicks

Chief Customer Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

Angela R. Hicks Bowman, who goes by Angie Hicks, is the Chief Customer Officer of ANGI Homeservices. Prior to assuming this role in September 2017, Ms. Hicks co-founded Angie’s List in 1995 and served as its Chief Marketing Officer from May 2000 and on its board of directors from March 2013 through its acquisition by ANGI Homeservices. Ms. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, from which she received a Distinguished Alumni Award for Management and Entrepreneurship and the Robert C. McDermond Medal for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School.

Ms. Hicks has received multiple awards for her entrepreneurial achievements, as well as her leadership in both the community and the technology field, including (among others) being named the Women Tech Founder of the Year in 2016 and awarded both the TechPoint Trailblazer Award and Harvard Business School's Alumni Achievement Award in 2017.

Shannon Shaw

Chief Legal Officer, ANGI Homeservices Inc.

Shannon Shaw is the Chief Legal Officer for ANGI Homeservices. In this role, Ms. Shaw oversees legal and human resources for all brands Prior to assuming this role in March 2019, Ms. Shaw served as the Chief Counsel-Americas for dormakaba Inc, overseeing the company’s legal operations for North America, South America and Mexico. Prior to that, she worked at Angie’s List from 2011 to 2018, starting as General Counsel and continuing as the Chief Legal Officer. She also worked at Barnes & Thornburg LLP from 2003 to 2011. Ms. Shaw earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Indiana University and her JD from Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

Jeff Kip

Chief Executive Officer, HomeAdvisor International

Jeffrey W. Kip has been Chief Executive Officer of HomeAdvisor International since April 2016. Prior to serving in this role, Mr. Kip served as Chief Financial Officer of IAC from March 2012 to April 2016. Before joining IAC, Mr. Kip served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Panera Bread Company, a national bakery-café concept in the United States and Canada, from May 2006 to March 2012. From November 2003 until May 2006, Mr. Kip served as Panera's Vice President, Finance and Planning, and as Vice President, Corporate Development, from May 2003 until November 2003. From November 2002 until April 2003, Mr. Kip served as an Associate Director and Director at UBS, an investment banking firm; and from August 1999 until November 2002, Mr. Kip was an Associate at Goldman Sachs, an investment banking firm.

Oisin Hanrahan

Oisin Hanrahan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Handy. Prior to founding Handy in 2012, Mr. Hanrahan founded MiCandidate, a service that provided real time political content to media companies in 25 European countries. He also founded Clearwater Group, a real estate development business in Budapest, Hungary.

Mr. Hanrahan is the Co-Founder and Board Director of The Undergraduate Awards, a foundation he created in 2009 to support and celebrate outstanding undergraduate students globally.

Mr. Hanrahan studied for his Master of Business Administration at Harvard Business School, received a Masters in Finance from the London School of Economics, and a Business, Economics and Social Sciences degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Sergio Branco has served as Chief Executive Officer of Travaux since January 2016. Prior to joining Travaux, Mr. Branco spent five years with Homeaway.com, first serving as General Manager of Abritel.fr, then as Head of Sales and Supply for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Prior to that time, Mr. Branco served as Managing Director of Travelhorizon.com, a European e-travel company that he founded in 1999.

Ronald Egas

Ronald Egas has served as Chief Executive Officer of Werkspot since 2012. Prior to joining Werkspot, Mr. Egas served as Publisher of Tweakers.net, a price comparison site, and was responsible for digital at Sanoma, a large European media company and learning market leader. Mr. Egas launched Instapro Italy on an international technology platform through HomeAdvisor International in September 2014.

Claudia Frese has served as Chief Executive Officer of MyHammer since February 2014. Prior to joining MyHammer, Ms. Frese held various management positions for a variety of digital companies, including eBay and Bertelsmann.

Nancy Peterson

Nancy Peterson is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HomeStars. Before launching HomeStars, Ms. Peterson spent 13 years marketing world-class brands in Europe and North America, first with Procter & Gamble and then Kraft Foods. Ms. Peterson sits on the global ISO committee to create standards that will improve the quality of online reviews while protecting consumers against fraudulent practices. She has been recognized on two prestigious lists for Canadian business over the past five consecutive years: The Profit 500 list of Canada’s fastest growing companies and the W100 list of Canada’s top female entrepreneurs. Ms. Peterson graduated from Western University before earning an International Master of Business Administration degree from Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University.

As General Manager of CraftJack, Mr. Brown oversees all operations, including product, marketing, technology, sales and account management. Prior to joining CraftJack as General Manager in October 2014, Mr. Brown worked in senior strategy and product management positions at ShopperTrak, Apartments.com, Cars.com, eMusic and Tribune Company. Mr. Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago.

Rochelle Sanchirico

CEO of mHelpDesk

Rochelle Sanchirico is the CEO of mHelpDesk. In this role, she oversees all strategy and operations for the organization. Prior to mHelpDesk, she was the Head of Marketing and Analytics for the digital services division of Vistaprint. Ms. Sanchirico has held marketing, product and strategy leadership positions in the SaaS, media, education, and publishing industries. Rochelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in English and Geology from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. She was named 2018 Best Tech Manager in the DC region by Tech in Motion.
