Feature request: hook for excluded pages and categories

    Hi and thanks for this great plugin!

    It would be very useful to add an apply_filters() in the GetExcludedPostIDs() and GetExcludedCategoryIDs() methods, to allow themes and plugins to dynamically customize the posts and categories to exclude in the sitemap.

    If it can help you,, I can make the change to the sitemap-core.php file and send it to you.
