    I hear this a lot. Supposing this is true, what is the theory of change here? And if there’s no way to change this, what actually is the difference?

    There's been lots of finger pointing towards the "Green New Deal" and "Defund the Police" as reasons why Democrats underperformed this cycle. Those issues are not costing us races. Letting the GOP define those issues for us is. There's a difference.

    I think it’s that all the greedy capitol allocators decided to pour their wealth into a green technology company addressing a major source of global carbon pollution. Fuck them for making a dude rich in the process, amirite?

    Something extremely bogus is going on. During the pandemic, Elon Musk became $78.5 billion richer while forcing his workers to take a 10% pay cut and firing employees after promising them they could take unpaid time off. Oligarchs gotta oligarch.

    I feel like AOC’s vibe with the Dems is very “I’m not locked in here with you, you’re locked in here with me.”

    There are folks running around on TV blaming progressivism for Dem underperformance. I was curious, so I decided to open the hood on struggling campaigns of candidates who are blaming progressives for their problems. Almost all had awful execution on digital. DURING A PANDEMIC.

    To paraphrase my boy Benny F from Boston…those who would give up liberty to purchase a safe space, deserve neither.

    Now we know: from Mark Zuckerberg’s point view, calling for the beheading of Fauci and Wray does not violate FB’s terms of service. This is a compelling argument for government setting the terms of service for platforms.
