I originally contacted J&F to have them repair my brick wall. I expanded the project to build a flagstone patio and to repair and reroof my garden shed. They did an outstanding job in completing all 3 projects quickly and with no surprises. I feel very good about the price I paid for the work, the quality of materials used, and the professional knowledge Jesus and Francisco brought to the project. What a pleasure they are to work with! Mr Kim of Robert Construction provided a prompt and reasonable estimate to repair my two-tiered concrete steps and adjoining brick retaining wall. The work began shortly thereafter with a very professional and artistic crew that worked extra long days and into the weekend to complete the project. The final product was even better than I thought it would be. I couldn't be happier with it. I will use Robert Construction again and I highly recommend them to others.

Hands-down best experience Iâ ve had with a contractor. I've used D&A twice now â the first time to repair the concrete steps leading up to my front door, the second time to install a backyard patio. For the first project, D&A was the only company willing to come out for a small job (Iâ d called like ten beforehand whoâ d all said no). I'd had old, rusty railings removed and new ones installed, there were holes and cracks in the concrete where the old rails had come loose, and the steps were badly rust-stained. D&A repaired them, power-washed them, scraped away all the hardened piles of concrete patcher the previous owner had left behind, and left them looking brand-new. I had them back nine months later to install my patio and itâ s gorgeous. We talked through all the options within my budget, and in the end I opted for a rectangular concrete patio with pea gravel finish, curved brick border, and brick diamond center. D&A also repaired and power-washed the concrete stoop and brick steps that lead from my back door down to my new patio so that they look new too. AND, because they finished ahead of schedule, they even installed a little wooden door with a latch for me, to cover the opening to my stoop (so that now I can store my lawnmower and other tools underneath the stoop, out of sight)! I couldnâ t be happier with the final result both times â definitely exceeded expectations, and for a very fair price.

Exceptional company to work with. Estimate was reasonable, no surprises, did what they promised. Very friendly team. We had a good deal of stone that needed to be removed on our front stoop, reset, new sand put down, and sealed. Looks great now.
We would highly recommend Alfa and, they donâ t just chase the big jobs. They actually are interested in the smaller to mid sized jobs. Local company building a great reputation.

We needed eight bricks replaced in our 58 year old masonry chimney and the mortar throughout re-tuckpointed. Following the repairs, the chimney bricks were cleaned and sealed. Chimney Doctor did a great job!. They provided a prompt competitive estimate, scheduled the repair and other work over several days - alway arrived on-time as scheduled, and communicated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company.

I manage a condominium community in Arlington. One building needed a foundation modification due to a rodent infiltration. The work performed was essential and done well. The issue was resolved. More recently, Structural was hired again for surface water management on a sidewalk low area where they installed Ecoraster blocks that collect and direct water off the sidewalk. They also applied this Ecoraster solution to a hillside next to a building that was eroding badly. The solution is excellent. Pat does a good job of listening and recommending appropriate solutions for the issue.
