Irwin fixed an outside wall in the back of a flower garden that was leaking through the wall into my downstairs bedroom. It required digging out the wall then waterproofing the outside wall. Then the wall in the bedroom had to have the dry wall patched, painted and the base boards replaced and painted. He also fixed some outdoor patio lights, replaced a sprinkler valve that was leaking, made a retaining wall by my garden steps and redid all my drip irrigation sprinklers. The work was done very well and efficiently. Irvin has very high standards for his work. It was reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again!

He knew enough to provide services I didn't know I needed. In addition to removing backsplash tile, which was all I thought I needed, he added some 2x4 studs to the wall for the installation of an over-the-range microwave. Then patched the sheet rock he had to remove to do that.

Project (June-September 2020): 9 windows, 3 New Construction, 6 Retrofit, 1 Sliding Glass Door. All windows were outfitted with new window sills and frames on the interior. (Millgard Ultra Line/ black ).
Work quality - While installers were friendly and professional, I had to ask for a follow-up visit to address the following:
1.) Touch up caulk around windows.
2.) Remove plaster from the patio that was not cleaned up properly.
3.) Missing window.
Customer Service - Office and sales staff were friendly and responsive.
Value for Money - The quote was competitive.
Final Note: While I ran into a few issues above (hence no 5-star rating), Heritage was responsive and resolved all outstanding issues satisfactorily. The windows are great - I would recommend the Ultraline any day!

Amazing guys to work with for your glazing needs, be it a door or window. Had them replace several vinyl windows that were improperly installed by previous contractor and two wooden doors that were damaged beyond repair. Great price and outstanding expertise! Highly recommend!

I want to state that this was the first home remodel project that we've had done to the home. I waited to do this review to see if any issues popped up and I'm happy to say that nothing has. Owner did the estimate and assured us that the job would be perfect. He was absolutely correct. They did a walk-in shower conversion and it's stunning.
There were some logistical issues that were dealt with fairly quickly. While this did add to the estimated time to completion that wasn't a big deal to us and I as the end result is what matters most.
We highly recommend them to do any remodeling job that you require. It will be a top notch job with them making sure that you are completely satisfied with the end product.
