Interested in doing research with Calm?

Calm’s mission is to make the world happier and healthier.

Right now, we are interested in conducting research to understand how Calm can:

  • Improve mental and physical health outcomes (e.g., depression, PTSD, stress, anxiety, sleep, pain, heart rate variability)

  • Be implemented in workplace settings and within other organizations (e.g., feasibility, dissemination, implementation)

  • Incorporate behavioral strategies to improve adherence to the app

Submit your proposal and the Director of Science will be in contact if we are interested in your idea. Thank you!
