You can request access to the information that we believe is most relevant and useful to you directly through your Twitter account by following these directions.
If you are requesting information about your Twitter account that is not available through the Your Twitter Data tool, please fill in the fields below. After you submit the form, we will send you a confirmation message with further instructions to the email address associated with the requested account.
If you have lost access to the email address associated with the requested account, please review the instructions detailed in this Help Center article. Once you have regained access to your email address, we will be able to respond to your request.
If the person you represent would like to request access to the information directly through their Twitter account, they may do so by following these directions.
If you are requesting information about your organization’s Twitter account that is not available through the Your Twitter Data tool, please fill in the fields below. After you submit the form, we will send you a confirmation message with further instructions to the email address associated with the requested account.
For private parties: We will only provide account information to the actual Twitter account holder or to an authorized representative (see above).
For law enforcement: Twitter does not release account information except as required by valid legal process. Please refer to our Guidelines for Law Enforcement for more information.
Twitter's services are not directed to children. Twitter requires all users to be at least 13 years old in order to create an account. In addition, some countries may require users to be over 13 to consent to the processing of their personal data. In such cases, we may require that a parent or guardian consent on a user’s behalf before allowing the child to use our services. If you believe that someone currently using Twitter is underage you can report it to us below. If the reported user’s age is not reasonably verifiable as underage then we may not be able to take action on the account.
Periscope requires all users to be at least 16 years old in order to create an account. If you believe that someone currently using Periscope is under 16 years old, you can report it to us below. If the reported user’s age is not reasonably verifiable then we may not be able to take action on the account.
In the event of the death or incapacitation of a Twitter user, we can work with a person authorized to act on the behalf of the user to have an account deactivated. Please fill in the fields below. After you submit the form, we will send a confirmation email with further instructions.
