"I had a sliding glass door that I was trying to move and in the process, the frame of the panel started to separate from the glass. I couldn't pop it back in, even with another set of hands. I had two other contractors come out and look and they told me I needed to replace the entire sliding glass door arrangement. One quoted me at $4500! Dale came by and was able to fix it, pop it back into place, and add the pet-friendly panel I was trying to install in the first place. Even the cost of a replacement, if I had needed it, was $2,000 less. It took a load of stress of me since I was worried about the security of the house and it was getting drafty inside. When pandemic restrictions relax more, I will definitely call on Dale to do some other projects around the house. I love that he focuses on whether something can be fixed versus just replacing it."
