Biden’s greeting to supporters occurred during a rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, on October 30. The evening before, Biden held another rally in Tampa, where his speech was cut short due to a sudden downpour.

Stanford releases study estimating COVID-19 cases related to President Trump’s campaign rallies

The study said 18 Trump campaign rallies, which took place between June 20 and September 30, led to more than 700 deaths among attendees and non-attendees who were infected by them. The researchers focused on cases in the counties where the rallies were held. The study has not been peer reviewed.

Nearly 350,000 people have been impacted by evacuation orders while an estimated 19 to 31 million people could be affected by the typhoon, according to the country’s disaster management agency. Local media reported that the typhoon made landfall in Bato, Catanduanes, early on Sunday. Hours later, Rolly made a second landfall over Tiwi, Albay, with sustained winds of 225 km/hr (140 miles).
