An edited video circulating online features Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden saying “Hello Minnesota” while standing behind a sign doctored to suggest he was in Tampa, Florida, according to journalists from The Associated Press, The Washington Post and Breitbart News. Biden’s greeting to supporters occurred during a rally in St. Paul, Minnesota, on October 30. The evening before, Biden held another rally in Tampa, where his speech was cut short due to a sudden downpour.

On Sunday, the Supreme Court of Texas denied a request by the state's Republicans to reject over 100,000 ballots cast through curbside voting in Harris County, Texas. These efforts follow an October 22 decision by the Texas Supreme Court denying a GOP bid to shut down curbside voting — also know as drive-thru voting. The petition claims that drive-thru voting is an illegal expansion of curbside voting, the Austin American-Statesman reports.

During a campaign rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, President Trump criticized the Supreme Court declining to disturb ballot deadlines in Pennsylvania and North Carolina, suggesting that the decision might delay election results, The Wall Street Journal reports. Trump did not suggest that he would use the Supreme Court to overturn election results, fact-checkers and journalists confirm.

The storm, also known as Rolly, caused power outages, infrastructure damage and severe flooding as it battered the main Philippine island of Luzon on Sunday. Local media reported that the typhoon made landfall in Bato, Catanduanes, early on Sunday. Hours later, Rolly made a second landfall over Tiwi, Albay, with sustained winds of 225 km/hr (140 miles).
