Gregory S. McNeal, JD/PhD is a tenured Professor of Law & Public Policy at Pepperdine University, co-founder of a multinational aerospace corporation, AirMap, an advisor to start-ups and investors, and an expert on technology, law, and policy.
Dr. McNeal was appointed by the Secretary of Transportation to serve on the FAA’s UAS Registration Task Force, the Micro UAS Aviation Rulemaking Committee, and the Remote ID and Tracking Rulemaking Committee.
He is a nationally recognized commentator for Forbes, and a frequent keynote speaker at industry events and academic conferences related to drones and other topics related to technology, law, and public policy. He chairs the Emerging Technology Working Group of the Regulatory Transparency Project.
