I signed a contract with them on June 16th they told me they would give me a schedule in a couple of days. They finally brought some supplies in a dumpster every time I call they would tell me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. I had a small leak it was getting worse they finally came tarped it then after three weeks of this they came took the tarp off and told me they could not fix my roof. I was not home when I took the tarp and we got a very bad rainstorm which ruined the roof that was starting to leak in my bedroom and causing damage. They said they would cancel the contract I called and asked them to remove this stuff in my driveway and it now been a month and I had to call and have them come real of it myself. This is the biggest nightmare company I have ever worked with Betsy as much as I.

They did a fantastic job over and above! Stayed with quote, came and went and joe me informed of that (I work from home) and cleaned up after themselves! An excellent company, you cannot go wrong with them

From quote to finished job...very professional, crew was excellent, clean up was superb! Attention to detail was above and beyond! Justin who is by the way a Military Veteran, was very professional during the first meeting and was able to give me a quote that same day. From the first day, no hard sells! Justin provided me with a professional online zoom meeting presentation where he showed me the process and was able to ask additional questions. They were the best quote out of 5 roofing companies and also one of the best in terms of credentials, so it was a no brainer to hire Westfall Roofing. There were 4 workers on all 3 days and that included a lead person. They were on time every morning and worked late every day. I also loved that they use no subcontractors!!! I will most definitely highly recommend Justin at Westfall Roofing to all my family, friends and clients for sure when they are looking to replace their roof. As a Real Estate Agent it is very important that I am very happy myself with the companies I refer out to my clients. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. From the estimate to the actual work, everything was done in a professional and timely manner. The crew was excellent and cleaned up completely each day. Thank you for my beautiful new roof!

They installed my roof and I asked for the picture that they took while doing the install to show what was installed and I never got it. Also my roof had multiple leaks after they finished installing the roof.

Westfall is an excellent, Very professional, hard working company. As a painting contractor myself I asked pointed questions to both the sales person as well as the on sight foremen. All were answered with complete confidence. This company has alot of pride in there work as well as a tightly disciplined seasoned crew. Additionally they kept the job sight (my house) spotless during all phases, and there prices are very reasonable I cant say enough about Westfall!
