The team that came to my home was courteous, heard what I needed, and explained how they were going to accomplish their task. They remove the asbestos in a way that was safe to them and to me. They observed the Covid 19 protocol. I was pleased with the job.

My one problem with this vendor was that on the day of my first day of my service, I was informed ten minutes before they were due here, that one of their technicians was a "no show" and that they would be unable to do the work that day. It was then necessary to reschedule for 9 days after the initial appointment. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told there was an emergency and it wasn't their fault.
They did show up on the rescheduled date and I was very happy with the technicians and the job they did.
