He and his team finished a complete renovation of my 1-bedroom in less than 4 weeks from top to bottom, and worked quickly and quietly. They were also very clean, and I barely noticed when they pulled out and disposed of the debris that was pulled out of the old bathroom and kitchen. Alex's fee was also very reasonable considering all the work that had to be done. The only thing I would recommend is making sure that you ask to see some choices for tiles, backsplash, or other details ahead of time if the aesthetic details matter a lot to you. I definitely recommend KLC 2!"

When I was looking for contractors for renovation, the most important part for me was to look for a contractor who is professional, trustworthy and reliable. The first time I met Pako at a job site he and his team was working at, he gave me the confidence instantly, my gut told me he is a great person and I was 100% right. Also because I was at the job site, I was able to see their excellent hand work before hiring them.
It took a little longer than expected to start the renovation because of the COOP approval and etc, but Pako and his team was very patient and very helpful referring me to places to look at supplies and materials.
The renovation went extremely smoothly. If the COOP building didn't have a strict 8am to 4pm working hours, I believe they could have finished my renovation in less than 3 weeks. Very efficient and great work!
I will definitely refer Pako to my friends who are looking to remodel their homes.

"We Literally have no regrets. Klodi is professional, reasonably priced and cared for our project as if it was for his own house. He was always available to chat if we had questions or concerns, and he quickly reached out if he needed us to make a decision.
Klodi worked with us to design our entire project and made all our visions come true, including some custom work. There was not a room that he and his team did not renovate. To list a few, removed a wall, refinishing floors, added a powder room, total bathroom renovation, total kitchen renovation, outstanding tile work on floors and walls, electrical panel and lines, etc.
We have already recommended him to some close friends. We highly recommend Klodi and Aurora NY.

"Tomer and Leo are a great tandem. Tomer walked through everything with myself and my daughter that needed to be done in each room and we made adjustments to what would work within my budget. Leo was in total command of the onsite crew and provided updates and suggestion all along the renovations. I was pleased from the first demolition day to the last walk through. The crew was on time every day and was extremely neat even in the demolition process. I love, love, love my bathroom. "We located Roger Navarra's Renovation Plus online and hired his company to remodel our bathroom. He and his staff were professional, hardworking, and courteous, and the results were excellent. It was no doubt a challenging job since the post-demolition work required rebuilding the walls and floor, removing the tub and building a glass-shower stall that had to conform to an odd space that included a window.
