Description
Example:
We have a Forum A and it's only Subforum B.
If we change the parent of the Subforum B from Forum A to (No Parent), now Forum A (that is empty) has the count of topics and replies of the Subforum A. This is a bug.

Not a bug, this is currently by design. For now, use the recount tool.
We don't currently trigger this recount automatically since it's hugely taxing to walk the tree and recursively recount them.
Moving to future release.
