DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I submitted a good review because they did a fair job of loading the boxes that I packed and wrapped. My load took two trucks and five men to load and I paid an extra $500.00 to keep my furniture on the two trucks for two nights. The move to my new home was a complete disaster because my expensive couch got chipped and the glass desktop 1/4 inches thick tempered glass got broken. I submitted to invoices, 1 for the broken glass, and 1 for the chipped furniture that had to be repaired in my home. The total of the two invoices was $551.92, but the reason for the disaster is because, when it came to unloading there were the two trucks and only two men (one in each truck). The furniture is very heavy and the reason the couches got damaged is that the two people could not figure out how to get the couch through a 36 inches door. The feet had to come off. The company sent me a check for only $287.52, after minimizing and downplaying what it cost to have the glass ordered and delivered and the cost of having my couches refinished in my home. They also had the audacity to tell me that they paid double what it was worth and I would never use them ever again, nor recommend them to anyone else. They are full of it and the type of people they use are like transients. The owner supposedly fired the two people that screwed up my move but may have helped him, but it did not help me. He is a con artist.

Very professional. The girls that came to box up worked hard and steady. Im rating a score for them to be a 5. Excellent job. When the movers showed up they also were very professional and fast. They wrapped all the furniture well I was very pleased with them. I will rate them a 5 also. I'm old and have worked a lot of people and I was really impressed how hard they worked. I recommend them.

Told I could pay by check but then denied it but let me anyway. Never wrapped anything. Later told me there was a minimum charge. One of the workers would not come inside. Were 4 hours past time I was told. I understand things change and it was an estimate but 4 hours.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The company was late from the initial estimate through the entire move - scheduled times, but showed up approx 2 hours late every day. We have moved six times in the last eight years, so we know how the process goes and how many trucks it will take. They did not listen to my experienced advice and ended up not being able to fit everything in the UHAUL trucks they brought. Ended up needing two trailers attached to the trucks, which caused further delay. This was very frustrating, as we had a very long drive ahead of us.
**My husband circular saw was hastily thrown in (loose) next to our unwrapped, solid wood dining set, which caused severe damage to the dining set.
**Brand new bedroom furniture had the bun feet broken and stripped so that they no longer function properly - in addition to dents and marks all over the furniture.
**Our hardwood floors were damaged since they did not use any floor protectors - even though we requested them.
**My daughter art supplies were dropped on our floor rug and literally rolled inside of it, causing red and black stains all over it.
**Our $400 LEGO Cinderella Castle was dismantled and several pieces were lost, as Dana (the wife of the mover) did not follow my instructions to move it. Even after I explained how I wanted it packed, she simply brought several sections of it to me and said, **The LEGOs were not glued, so several pieces fell off**. No one glues LEGOs, which is why I had explained how to package it.
**Two TVs were placed in one box - unwrapped, with the back of one facing the screen of the other. The screen was obviously damaged. They even asked how many TVs we had and their sizes, but did not bring the correct number of boxes for them.
**Dana also did not order the number of wardrobe boxes her husband (the main mover) told her to, so many of my formal gowns were wadded and placed in normal boxes. One velvet gown was crushed beyond repair.
**My daughters makeup was found by us in our driveway, and $30 hairspray sprayed the contents of a box, so they threw it away (although they did tell us they had thrown it out). This could have been prevented by packing things with an ounce of care.
**A Damp Rid container full of liquid was placed in a box of bathroom items and spilled all over everything.
**We provided moving locks for our new washing machine, but they were not used. Thankfully it still works.
**A 21-year-old glass slipper from Disney was broken due to it being wrapped in a single sheet of paper along with many shells and a ceramic bowl. It had survived FIFTEEN moves until this group got their hands on it.
**The sheer lack of courtesy and care should be enough to dissuade anyone from using this company.
**The fact that the owner constantly shouts at his contacted help and told me (the customer) not to tip certain individuals should also clue people in to why they should avoid this company.
**I have been waiting two weeks to even hear any information on the claim for my damages, and when I asked where things stood, Dana told me to **be patient** If I had ANY communication from her about the claim, that would have been nice.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

I had only one item I needed moving. It was one of those full body massage chairs that weighs 300 lb. As I was getting a quote from them they said that they moved chairs like this all the time. Because of their experience with these chairs is why I hired them. Unfortunately, when they went to pick it up they could not figure out how to get the sides off the chair to get it through the door. Play spent over an hour trying to figure it out but said that this chair is different than the ones they're used to. After a while the owner, the Egyptian magician, said that if I can get the sides off of the chair he will move it for free. The previous owner was there and was a witness. I had to hire someone else to figure out how to get the sides off and they were successful. I then called the movers again to reschedule and said I got the sides off the chair. I have no complaints about they're moving technique, but when it came to paying him I reminded him that he said that he would move it for free. The part of me knew that he wouldn't move it for free, but that is what he said and I judge people by their word. I don't care how much time they spent on the project. When the owner says he'll move it for free, I expect it to be moved for free, minus the deposit I put down. He did take $50 off the project but that didn't pay for the cost of hiring someone else to take the sides off the chair. So as far as I'm moving company I'm sure they're fine. But if he makes any promises, get it in writing like I should have done.
