"I like to have options! I had them in to give me an estimate on a repair that I assumed would fix my problem, repairing the firebox in my fireplace. The very friendly young man who did the estimate suggested that the problem could be the chimney crowns. Cost of each would be @ $1300 to $1500 for the firebox and @ $800 to $1000 for the crowns. So I agreed to let him go up on the roof, when he returned (with Pictures) he recommended not replacing the crowns, but sealing them, as they weren’t that bad, cost @ $500. I immediately agreed to having them sealed at $500. That’s for all three chimneys, yes, I have three brick fireplaces. The reason I didn’t hesitate was, I recently had the chimneys cleaned and was told (lied to) that the crowns were completely un-serviceable and would have to be completely replaced for much more money! I wholly intend on having them rebuild the firebox in the near future, I am very satisfied with all aspects of the company. "

"On time, pleasant, courteous and knows exactly what to look for and how to fix/repair. Goes beyond by identifying additional areas where it needs attention and provides photos to show proof of areas needing fixing or protection."
"Sam the guy that came out to sale the service was great. The first impression is the best impression he was very detail and had on suit. The other companies had on jeans and sense of humor. They measure, showed mixing colors and then the price. Nothing else No we can do this or we can also fix that"
"Bryan was awesome. Arrived on time, took pictures of the roof issue to show me everything they would be fixing and gave a fair price on the work. Planning to use them again for a roofing issue at our new house. Recommend highly"

"I was impressed by the timeliness and quality of the installation of our new roof in Great Falls, but I write this review to single out the exceptional service provide by Aiden Soofi, who coordinated all of the effort, including the initial inspection (which revealed hail damage), the filing of a claim with my insurance company, and several site visits, including one where his experience and expertise was critical to demonstrating for the insurance company the cause of the damage. After the claim was approved, Mr. Soofi carefully explained all of my options, brought samples to my home, and identified the materials he recommended for the new roof. At each step of the way, I was always impressed by his professional manner and in depth knowledge. I am pleased to award five stars to MLM, but I wish that I could add a sixth star to my review of Mr. Soofi's work."

Roof repair vs. replacement is a tough question to answer and it really depends on the extent of your roof damage. If you've got a few shingles that need replacing due to a wind storm or a fallen limb, that is a relatively inexpensive repair. Similarly, if you have a minor leak, a patch may resolve the problem. However, if you have extensive damage to larger area, reroofing may be your only option. You could consider a partial reroof to save money. The bottom line is that all of your options should be discussed with a qualified roof repair company near you before any work starts.
