We have recently purchased a home in Chicago and our home inspector noted that the HVAC system needed some repair. We found Orcasitas Comfort on homeadvisor with a 5* rating and called to make an appointment. Professionally he called the day before to confirm our appointment and showed up the next day right on time. We found the compressor frozen in a block of ice, due to no freon in the system, and another block of ice around the Acoil in the plenum. The ac system was not functioning at all. Orcasitas Comfort removed the ice block in the compressor and replaced the furnace, all in the same day!
If their work was professional, clean and efficient, and as a home builder in another state, If I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of their work and how easy and honest they were to deal with. If I were a homebuilder in Chicago I would absolutely use Orcasitas Comfort as one of my subcontractors, and as a new homeowner in Chicago I would recommend him as highly as possible for any HVAC needs that you may have in your home. My highest recommendation for a terrific HVAC contractor.

We had our furnace replaced by Duct Professor, if you are looking for a company that comes in replaces your furnace and leaves don't call these guys. If you are looking for a person to walk you through every aspect of replacing your furnace and the best options for your home. Someone to answer all your questions no matter how trivial, these guys are the ones to call. Replacing a furnace is a big investment and I wanted someone I could rely on, with these guys I hit the jack pot. I know we will be calling them to maintain our investment. For our home it is important to be able to trust someone coming into our home and doing the best job and that they did. They were very detail oriented, made sure every thig fit just right and cleaned up after they were done , like no one was even here. We even had our water heater replaced and that along with furnace and air conditioner we are worry free knowing we have someone to rely on for all our heating and cooling needs. Call Duct Professors well worth it.
