The COVID-19 Nursing Student Support Fund provides one-time grants to nursing students enrolled in AACN member schools who need financial support to complete their nursing programs and/or meet life expenses.
With more than 2,800 applications received, nursing students from all 50 states and the District of Columbia were chosen for support following a competitive application process. The Foundation for Academic Nursing is seeking additional support from other corporate and individual donors for this fund to expand our ability to help more nursing students in need. Make a Donation

Deans and Associate/Assistant Deans of AACN Member Schools of Nursing are invited to join peers during the month of October to hear from leading experts, trendsetters, and academic and legislative speakers on driving innovation and excellence in nursing. This virtual experience begins October 1, with a live online event October 18-20, and post-conference content through October 30.

The 2020 Graduate Nursing Student Academy (GNSA) Conference, which is exclusively tailored for students in master’s and doctoral programs, will be held in Washington, DC August 13-14, 2020. Sessions will focus on meeting students’ professional formation and leadership development. Reflecting the theme of Celebrating the Future of Nursing: A Graduate Nursing Student Summit, the conference will offer sessions on leadership development, political advocacy, mentoring, nursing innovation, and personal brand development.
