Above all, the core of quality product is customer-first thinking and data-driven decision-making.  All the talent, process, and problem-solving cannot replace the voice of the customer and tested hypotheses.

Currently at Endurance International, I’m a Group Product Manager responsible for gathering and assessing business goals, market research, customer feedback, and other input to formulate product features, functions and requirements which offer significant competitive advantage for our flagship hosting brand Bluehost.com. I manage a team of four excellent product managers and help define the roadmap and strategy of Bluehost’s Guidance and Enablement pod of five development teams.
