Todd is a friendly, knowledgeable, polite repairman. Knew right away what the problem was and had the part we needed with him. He made a few suggestions as to what we could do to extend the life of our unit, after our asking several questions. Did not try to pressure us into unnecessary maintenance or repair.

FN Air conditioning and Heating made my day and my families!!! Our AC went out in mid August, the hottest of all months in AZ. I for sure thought we would have to wait days or even weeks...not the case with FN! They were here same day in my case and my AC was up and running in an hour. My experience with FN AC was so exceptional I have no reason to call any other company for my AC and heating needs! Fast, pleasant, kind and professional!!! Highly recommended!

They (two brothers and father installed a minisplit air conditioner with heat (very hard to find someone who does this) and ran new electrical to that area for higher output.

I had emergency situation and he was able to take care of it right away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a very short period of time. The cost was very fair. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and showed me videos of before doing the work and after the work was done. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Lowell explained what he would do. He was much faster than the TV commercial companies and half the cost. And when we shut off the gas to install the heat pump I discovered that I could not keep my water heater lit. He came back to help with that too.
