COVID-19 is affecting all of us - as employees, travelers and communities - in a constantly evolving environment and in unprecedented ways. UPDATE: Our terminals are remaining temporarily closed for everybody’s safety and to support our local health officials and government leaders. What is The VOID?

What is the minimum height and age for visiting The VOID? Is this okay for children?

Guests must be a minimum of 48 inches (1.20 m) tall to visit The VOID. We strongly recommend that guests are at least 10 years old. It will be up to the discretion of the manager to allow guests under 10 years of age to attend The VOID due to safety or operational concerns.

Minors (under 18 years old) can experience The VOID by themselves if they have their parent or legal guardian’s consent. At certain locations, the parent or legal guardian can consent to the digital liability waiver, privacy policy, and terms and conditions ahead of time. If consent is not given in advance, then the parent or legal guardian will need to be present on-site to give consent.

How many people can participate at a time?

We can accomodate up to four guests in a single group. If there are more than four people, your party will be split into multiple groups. Please purchase the closest available tickets together. Parties with less than four people may be paired with additional guests.

How early should I arrive for my visit?

We recommend all group members arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled time.

What happens if I arrive late?

We do our best to accommodate late arrivals. There may be a wait while we work you back into the schedule.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

I have questions about accessibility.

For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, hyper-sensitivity to multi-sensory effects or any other condition that could be aggravated by this adventure.

Is there a place to store my belongings?

We provide storage bins or lockers for all loose articles prior to entering The VOID. Please note that The VOID is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Can I wear my glasses?

Even large frames fit very comfortably under our helmets. Please don’t hesitate to ask our team for assistance adjusting your helmet for the best view.

Is there any chance of motion sickness?

Because of the quality of our equipment, we rarely have reactions to motion sickness.
