It's very rare that you meet professionals in the industry like Dave. He called me in advance of his appointment this week to give me a very frank overview of what to expect from my new toilet install. I live in a home built in the 1950s and Dave warned me that we could run into some issues with the installation. He was correct -- we did. When the toilet was removed there was significant corrosion to the ring assembly. Dave walked me through the process of what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price to fix the issue. When I agreed, he went to the local Lowes to pick up additional supplies and upon returning, had the job done in just under an hour.

This was not an easy install. My Brother is a plumber and I wanted to leave him alone with this install. However, upon consulting him, he agreed that due to the age of the original toilet install and the condition of the flange that this would be a very difficult situation to overcome. Dave was very confident that he could do the job. When all was said and done, he did a beautiful installation, assuring that my toilet was well-anchored into the floor with absolutely no rocking in the fixture. He even hauled away my old toilet and left the bathroom completely clean before he left.

I think what impressed me the most about Dave himself is the pride he took in his work. From start to finish, his biggest concern was that I understood the work that needed to be done and that he was personally responsible to do the job correctly. Dave takes considerable pride in the job he does and how that reflects upon his company. In other words, he strives to make certain his projects are completed correctly and that the customer is satisfied with the work.

You could do no better than to hire Skrapa to do your next project. Before Dave left, he went over every aspect of the completed job and gave me his phone number. He told me if I had any issues, to call him and he would make it right. Tell me...how many people in the industry make that kind of extra effort?

I could literally sit here and write several more paragraphs about how elated I am with the installation. This was an install of a very expensive bidet toilet and it had to be done RIGHT. Every time I walk into my bathroom and see how great the fixture looks, I can't help but reflect upon the experience. I was so fortunate to have found Skarpa and you better believe I will continue using them for other projects around my house in the future.
