Comment: I am installing Hurricane panels to protect my back patio door. Above the door is concrete block. Below the door is a concrete patio slab with a brick surface. I need one or two rows of the brick surface removed and concrete poured in its place to bring the surface to a level state. The new concrete surface must be sufficient in tensile strength to be adequate to mount a Hurricane bottom plate to. I will be drilling into the newly laid concrete surface you provide.
