Working crews are great, they kept everything clean, but lack of communication from the office. I had to called many times to find out when the crews are coming. After completion, no one bother to check if there was any issues. Overall, it's a good company.

They began the work promptly and made good progress. Then for reasons that were not explained they disappeared for a week and now I am waiting to hear when they will continue and finish the work. The salesman was very responsive but seemed unable to make things happen more quickly.

I had a very large tree adjacent to the pool. The tree died within one year of pool remodel. The arborists attributed tree loss to the work the Aqua Gunite performed. It is costing me $4000 to have the tree removed.

Team on the ground was fantastic. They completed the job much faster than quoted and with what looks like true quality. Their back office is nice and courteous. Just just slightly more responsive and that too would be a 5.

These folks are true professionals. They came back twice to fix little details that they found and pointed out in the fit and finish. A less professional company might have overlooked these things. they did such a good job we referred them to our friends around the corner. John (the sales person) helped us plan the details and was over at the job site making sure it went well every step of the way. The pool came out better than we could have hoped.

They've been terrific. I haven't actually gotten the work done but will be scheduling them soon. I spent a lot of time with a lot of different contractors and they excelled in every way. Spent a lot of time discussing options in depth. Bringing by different types of finishes (tiles, etc). Been a great experience and very accommodating.

Rick Perry showed up before he was supposed to be there, very informative, explained us everything ten times , very insightful, the different crews were all promptly, hard working. Sharon in the office is the best coordinator for all the appointments. So far so good with gunite filling. We will update more about the famous Pebble Tec. of the Aqua Gunite from Livermore CA
