"For the first 37 years in my home I maintained my pool myself. When this was no longer possible, Joe was the most impressive of the candidates I interviewed. He noticed things his competitors did not. After 8 months of using him, I would give him a A-/B+ grade. I am a hard grader. If something happens on his schedule, weekly pool service slips by a week because there is no backup. That is one of the trade offs in life that I can live with. In the early months of our association there were occasional time slippages of having things completed, which were not time critical, but I noted. I think he tries very hard to accommodate his customers."
