Working with the Skylight team was great. Great tools and platform so you can check progress on the work and select materials. I had another contractor working on other aspects of our home and can say that Skylight was by far the best in terms of customer service and being top of their contractors. Very happy with how the bathroom turned out.

We had an outstanding experience with Skylight. When we interviewed design and build groups and contractors for the project, we were immediately impressed by the way Skylight listened--really listened--to us and designed a comprehensive, clear scope of work. Skylight renovated our whole 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo, including our fireplace, laundry closet, floors, and lighting. The online platform made material selection, costs, and payment schedules crystal clear. We appreciated the peace of mind that came from the guaranteed budget. We would definitely recommend Skylight.

I hired Skylight for two bathroom remodels. I chose Skylight in part because of their pre-construction design and good customer service, and that was a great experience. In the end, I was very happy with how the bathrooms turned out as well, exactly as planned. However, construction took an extremely long time - almost 4 months when the original estimate was 6-10 weeks. One issue is that with the chain of communication being Me -> Skylight -> Sub Supervisor -> Worker, day-of coordination and scheduling can be difficult, and the workers are necessarily motivated to finish the work as quickly as possible. I would be happy to work with Skylight again and would recommend them.

Appointments are always on time, either, face time, phone, and/or in-person . They had a 3-D picture of what the bathroom would look like.

Skylight made the design and construction of my kitchen remodel super easy. They helped me figure out what I wanted and then took care of implementing the design, figuring out cost ahead of time so there were no surprises. Excellent customer service and construction quality.

Skylight helped us design and remodel a bathroom that needed a lot of change. We had leaks and structural issues and the design looked like something out of a bad design circa 1985. Skylight came up with a fantastic, modern, clean design and then built out our new bathroom on time and on budget. We're super happy and would absolutely recommend them!

We were looking for someone to help us build a new kitchen and redesign our entryway. We didn't know exactly what we wanted, but Skylight came out to our home, discussed our ideas with us, and came back with multiple design concepts for us to consider. We held several sessions to review designs by video-conference, which made meetings convenient for us. All in all, we found the whole experience to be very professional, easy, and valuable. We'd recommend Skylight to anyone looking to re-design their home.

Project: Design or Plan an Interior Space (Credentialed Professional)
I had trouble finding a contractor willing to take on a small-to-medium sized reno on my staircase and walkway. Skylight came out, spoke with me to understand what I was looking for, and took a really thorough set of photos and measurements. Within a few days, they came back to me with the right price and a plan that worked for me. They even guaranteed the price and absorbed the difference on any cost overruns. Construction was very smooth, and the entire project — including a really easy payment process — was managed via their website. I had a great experience and would recommend talking with Skylight about your next renovation project.
