"My husband and I had a fuse box with our new home and we wanted a circuit breaker box in place of it and an electric line put in for our electric stove. Went on home advisor and Ronell from Strick Pro LLC called me 5 minutes after I finished filling everything out on home advisor, so we were pleased with that prompt service. He came out that day to see what I had and I made an appointment with him for the following week. Our appointment was for Tuesday and he called Monday to say he forgot to tell me that he The day of the appointment, he called 30 minutes prior to his appointment and he said he was going to be late for our 10am appointment and he would be there around 11am. He arrived almost at 11:30am and shortly after he arrived, he had to leave again because he had the wrong amp for the electric line for our stove. He came back a little over an hour later with the correct part. He did a phenomenal job with everything. However, if you want your new circuit breaker box to be labeled, you will have to pay more for that. I thought since we were getting a new box, that the labeling would be included in the $1,100 price but it is not. Also, he did not leave until all the work was finished, which was about 8pm. I was very satisfied with the work but now that the service is done, I know to ask for a detailed description of what is all going to be done. "
