The first time I met Pako at a job site he and his team was working at, he gave me the confidence instantly, my gut told me he is a great person and I was 100% right. Also because I was at the job site, I was able to see their excellent hand work before hiring them.

It took a little longer than expected to start the renovation because of the COOP approval and etc, but Pako and his team was very patient and very helpful referring me to places to look at supplies and materials.

The renovation went extremely smoothly. If the COOP building didn't have a strict 8am to 4pm working hours, I believe they could have finished my renovation in less than 3 weeks. Very efficient and great work!

"We were doing a remodel of a modest apartment and needed someone who would manage effectively without us being on site. We solicited bids from five contractors. Johnatan’s bid was competitive and comprehensive, and we feel that he provided great value at reasonable cost.

We specified the appliances, cabinets, countertops and fixtures ourselves. Johnatan was very helpful in providing guidance when necessary and he delivered well on our design intent. The communication with Johnatan was excellent in managing our expectations and understanding of costs.

The quality of the work was excellent. We found out a couple weeks into the work that all the wiring and some of the plumbing needed to be replaced, and Johnatan brought in good subs who completed the work with minimal impact to schedule. We are very happy with the workmanship; they had great attention to detail.

We had an aggressive schedule which extended due to holidays and a delay in cabinet delivery. We had to move in before construction was completed, but the crews were great about keeping us updated, and kept the apartment clean and livable.

One other really great thing about the team - we were new to the building and nervous about the impact of the construction. Johnatan’s foreman was wonderful about communicating with neighbors and the super and helped us get off to a great start with the building.
