Francesca is very professional and focused on customer satisfaction. I hired her service to deep clean a large 3 story home. She sent 3 of her employees to do the job. They cleaned the entire home without missing anything!!! Great team work!! I will be calling on her service again when needed and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable team to help with your home cleaning needs.

She was to help clean my house as I recover from surgery. I needed bathrooms cleaned and house dusted and vacuumed. She did not move things to dust and my shower is still in need of cleaning. Perhaps I was not specific enough. She said she would wipe down window sills- did not. Dusting was not thorough. Ceiling fans dusted but not cleaned. I was sadly disappointed.

Francesca Aloi Cleaning Services exceeding expectations. Cleaned the house from top to bottom including carpets, windows, blinds, walls, doors, stove, refrigerator and ceiling fans. Every surface was clean and smelled great. Will definitely hire again and would highly recommend!

What is the screening process that Service Professionals go through in order to become members of the HomeAdvisor network?

Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.

Criminal Background Check

We use a third-party vendor to conduct criminal background checks on the owner/principal of each business*. This background check includes a search for relevant criminal convictions through a national criminal database and the sex offender database.

Licensing

We verify any applicable state-level licenses, and we require every business to attest that they carry the appropriate local licensing to practice their trade.

Identity Verification (Social Security Number)

HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number of the business owner/principal to confirm their identity. (This applies primarily to small businesses.)

State Business Filings

If a business states that it's registered as a corporation or limited liability company, we confirm that the company is in good standing in the state they're operating in.

*Corporate Accounts

Some service pros are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, you may be matched with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate service professionals. The above screening process is not applicable to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate service professionals.
