"After consulting with a few different companies about our basement remodel, we ultimately chose The Pros (thankfully). We renovated our entire ...basement. I was amazed on how they were able to resolve my floors unevenness. Fabio had recommended a self leveling agent which we move forward with, and I must say, it resolved the issue. We reframed the interior walls with a new layout and doorways. They painted our walls and installed base molding and crown molding. We also replaced a few doors and the trim around the doorways. They built custom built-in cabinets that came out so beautiful. We went with a product called Coretec Plus plank for the floors, which has an amazing warranty and is also waterproof! Fabios's expertise and knowledge was impressive as he realized right away that the Coretec was our best option considering we have had floods twice in the past, causing us to lose our laminate and carpeting. I must note that their communication from the office to Fabio is top notch. We are overly pleased with the way our basement remodel turned out. We have already planned our bathroom remodel with them, starting in the spring... Thank you guys! "
