Comment: There was a roof leak during Harvey which caused damage to the ceiling in the shower as well as to the area around a downlight in the bedroom on the other side of bathroom wall. We think we know where the leak is coming from on the roof deck and have purchased Geocel Caulk/Sealant to repair the leak. The ceiling drywall is wet and molding in the shower and we need it cut out, make sure area is dry and that the mold isn't dangerous, then have drywall repaired and painted. The same in the bedroom around downlight (no mold or visible water) but paint has buckled around down light which needs to be cut out and repaired. Due to my work schedule, I will have to meet you at my home after 5pm weekdays or anytime Saturday/Sunday if you are available weekends.
