"Not sure where the disconnect was, but I spoke to someone at HomeAdvisor and told her that it was more than just cleaning of the gutters. One downspout needed to be fixed. The guy came out and cleaned the gutters, but he said he was not told about the downspout repair. Also, I'm not at all sure how payment is made. He said it was through the app, but I see nowhere where it was paid, nor do I see how to initiate payment. "

"Wren and an associate winterized the back of my house that faces the Pacific Ocean, gets lots of wind, rain and salt air. Painted the wooden window frames using a mildicide in the paint, the door, the window grate, checked the roof, repaired a hole created by a broken roof tile, replaced the ventilation cover which required making adjustments because the house is 80 yrs old and there was no ventilation cover available that was just the right size. They did it in 3 1/2 days, did a great job. "
